SQUADS

Star Club is a competitive rowing club that fields high quality men's, women's, Masters and Junior crews of all ages.We also cater for those for those who wish to Learn to Row or just row recreationally.

Senior Squad

The club is well along the path of rebuilding its Senior Squad and emulating its success of a few years ago, which included a Henley win. Guided by our full-time Director of Rowing, we are now regularly boating male and female eights, fours, quads and small boats and will be competing at the major national events.

Junior Squad

The Junior Squad caters for girls and boys from 14 to 18. The squad is guided by our Director of Rowing along with an enthusiastic group of volunteer coaches, They regularly compete successfully at local and national heads and regattas.

Masters Squad

The clubs boasts a very vibrant Masters Squad with male and female members between the ages of 30 and 80.
The masters squad compete and win regularly at a local, national and international level.

Recreational Squad

For those who do not want to compete, the club has a lively recreational squad who row for the the sheer love of the sport and the health and social benefits.

Learn to Row

The Club holds a number of introductory courses for those who are new to the sport of rowing. To find out more about when and how these courses are run click below.
